Hello sir My illeal biopsy result have normal villous architecture. Lamina Propria shows moderate mixed infiltrate and mild cryptis also noticed. No evidence of Granuloma / Malignancy seen. Feautures are suggestive of Moderate active illeitis my doctor said it is not crohn disease yeh crohn kyu nahi hai sir aur sir meri colonoscopy normal hai tilleum mai tiny nodules and erosions hai bss

I have been diagnosed with H pylori infection with multiple superficial ulcer in Caecum, Terminal ileum and near IC valve margin. Now doctor have given medication (HP Kit) only for H Pylori. I am concerned about the superficial multiple ulcers. Will ulcers be automatically be healed on taking medication of H pylori? Suggest me pls as I am very much frightened and worried🙏🙏

Colonoscopy - Ileal, IC valve, and caecal ulcers (superficial). GROSS DESCRIPTION: Received 05 grey-white tissue bits measuring 0.3 to 0.4 cm. MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION: Multiple ileal and colonic bits showing maintained mucosal architecture with focal denudation of surface epithelium and moderate eosinophilic, neutrophilic, and lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate in lamina propria and hyperplastic lymphoid follicles with mitotically active germinal centers and well-defined mantle zone. Marked increase in eosinophils identified forming aggregates and degranulation. Ileal enterocytes reveal goblet metaplasia. Focal cryptitis identified. No atypia/granuloma/parasite identified. IMPRESSION: Eosinophil-rich moderate active ileocolitis with moderate lymphoid hyperplasia. Kindly rule out the possibility of drug-induced/allergic/parasitic etiology. Any idea if everything is normal or something to be worried..? Pls suggest
